Sachindra Sanders

Sachindra Sanders is a Law Graduate at Patel Nand Legal, currently working toward admission as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand. In addition to being qualified as a lawyer in Sri Lanka, he holds a Master of Digital Business and a Bachelor of Science. This well-rounded academic background gives him a unique understanding that helps clients with strategy and creating holistic solutions. He brings valuable international legal experience and a strong commitment to professional development, having worked in Sri Lanka for over 5 years specializing in civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property, and mortgagee sales.

 

Since joining the firm, he has assisted Radhe Nand and Shalvin Sharma on a range of matters across civil litigation, immigration law, and family law. His work includes supporting visa applications, preparing case materials, contributing to the resolution of complex disputes, and obtaining probate and letters of administration. He is known for his thorough research skills, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to support both clients and colleagues. Sachindra can speak and write fluent Sinhala.
