Client parking
We have 4 client parking spaces located on the east side of the building, clearly labelled "Patel Nand Legal." Please only use these designated spaces. Parking anywhere else in the car park may result in your vehicle being towed.
Setting up an appointment
If you're a new client with an enquiry, please submit our online enquiry form and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours. If you're an existing client with ongoing work, please contact your Patel Nand lawyer directly to arrange a meeting time.
Witnessing affidavits
Our lawyers are happy to witness affidavits. However, please call ahead first to confirm someone is available, as it's less likely a lawyer will be free if you just walk in.

AML
New Zealand law requires us to verify the identity of clients for certain matters (like buying/selling property, or setting up trusts or companies) under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. We can't begin work until this is complete. To make the process easy, we've partnered with Dimension GRC, a trusted onboarding provider, who will contact you directly to help you complete your documents.
Languages spoken
Our team includes fluent speakers of Hindi, Punjabi, Korean, Mandarin, Tongan, Filipino, and Malaysian, in addition to English. If you'd feel more comfortable discussing your matter in one of these languages, please let us know when you get in touch and we'll do our best to match you with a team member who speaks it.

We don't currently offer legal aid services. If you think you may be eligible for legal aid, we'd recommend contacting your local Community Law Centre or visiting the Ministry of Justice website to find a legal aid provider in your area.
